The Department of Information Technology was established in the year 2008. The department offers a 4-year B.E. Degree program in: The teaching emphasis on emerging technologies and cover the technical attributes of IT industry, its multiple uses and appropriate uses of resources. The program ensures that the students effectively meet the highest benchmarks of competence required by the industry. The Staff 
The Department has 1 Professor, 2 Associate Professor, 10 Assistant Professors, and 2 technical/support staff.
JNTU-ANANTAPUR : The examinations scheduled on 14-12-2009 Are Postponed
All the BTech/BPharm , CCC examinations have been postponed. The examinations will restart from 21.12.2009. The BTech/BPharm even semester Supplementary and first year supplementary examinations scheduled to start from 17.12.2009 have been rescheduled to start from 28.12.2009.
